What this site collects

Toy Collector Vault collects two kinds of data:

Account data (if you sign up): email address and a hashed password, stored by WordPress. We never see your password.
Collection data (if you scan and save toys): toy name, brand, category, condition, price, quantity, image URL, UPC. You control visibility per item (available / hidden / sold).
Anonymous analytics (with consent): page views and outbound clicks only. No personal data is collected without your consent.

What we don’t collect

We don’t sell your data and we don’t share it with third parties, beyond the services listed below.

Cookies

WordPress sets a session cookie when you sign in. One further preference is stored in your browser to remember your analytics consent choice. No tracking cookies are set without your consent.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated collection data at any time by emailing doug@gordenwebdesign.com.

Third-party services

Hostinger — web hosting and the site database.
Google Fonts — fonts.googleapis.com.
UPC identification service — when a toy is scanned, the barcode number alone is sent to our lookup service to identify the product. No personal data is sent.
